A Chinese visa is issued in Georgia by the Consular Service of the Chinese Embassy in Tbilisi.

What procedures do you have to go through when applying for a visa and what documents are required for this?
To obtain a Chinese visa, you need to prepare documentation and fill out a visa application. You submit these documents together with your passport to the Chinese Embassy.

Required documents for a visa:
For obtaining a visa (Standard visitor visa), the most attention is paid to your financial situation. In order to obtain a Chinese visa, it is important that all documents are in order, since the consulate makes a decision based on the documents you provide.
The following documents are required:

 

A valid foreign passport.

A letter of employment from the employer (and for those who own a business - an extract from the business register about the business);

Bank statements from the bank for the last 6 months;

A statement of savings from the bank;

For married couples, a marriage certificate

Copies of birth certificates of minor children

Please note that depending on specific cases, other documents may also need to be submitted to the consulate. Therefore, it is best to consult with our visa consultant.

How much does it cost to apply for a visa?

The visa service fee is 250 GEL per applicant.
The standard consular fee is 61 GEL, in case of acceleration 101 GEL.
